Between the world of men and transcendent divinity there exists art. Art is the will to truth made physically manifest. It is more real then Reality. It is a dialogue triumphant over Time. – Andre Malraux

Gary Oldman as Vlad Dracula the Impaler

"We Draculs have a right to be proud! What devil or witch was ever so great as Attila, whose blood flows in these veins!"

When Francis Ford Coppola decided to make Bram Stoker's Dracula, he made a movie legend. Considered to be one of the few Dracula films that follows the original novel, Coppola blended the history of Vlad the Impaler with that of Dracula.

How do you cast such a diverse and interesting lead role? Give it to Gary Oldman, one of Britain's finest character actors! This illustration is a tribute to the outstanding performance that Gary Oldman gave in the film Bram Stoker's Dracula
